Our Commitment

At Sirrahe, every piece is created with intention, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Many of our products are made to order, produced in limited quantities, or crafted specifically for each customer. Because of the unique nature of our collections, we maintain the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

Customers may request assistance regarding their order within thirty (30) days of delivery.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs, when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, Sirrahe will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the item at no additional cost;
• Repair the item where appropriate; or
• Issue a full or partial refund.

Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and should include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Failure to provide supporting documentation may delay or limit resolution options.

Fine Art Prints

Because our fine art prints are produced specifically for each order, all sales of framed prints, canvas prints, limited editions, and custom-sized artwork are considered final.

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects;
• Shipping damage; or
• Fulfillment errors made by Sirrahe.

Color variations resulting from monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting conditions, or personal expectations are not considered defects.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Customized artwork;
• Personalized home décor;
• Special-size orders;
• Commissioned designs; and
• Custom color requests.

Clothing and Home Décor Products

Pillows, poufs, rugs, throws, sarongs, apparel, and similar home décor products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery if:

• The item is unused;
• The item is unwashed;
• The item is in original condition;
• Original tags and packaging are included; and
• The item is not a custom or made-to-order product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error made by Sirrahe.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards;
• Digital downloads;
• Custom orders;
• Personalized products;
• Commissioned artwork;
• Clearance items;
• Final sale merchandise; and
• Products showing signs of use, wear, laundering, or alteration.

Return Authorization Required

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers must contact Sirrahe before shipping any return. Authorized returns will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Sirrahe.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

Once production, printing, customization, or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Sirrahe directly to allow an opportunity to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirrahe’s liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
